Oddyssey is a sports odds analytics service. It is not a casino, sportsbook, betting platform, gambling operator, or payment wallet for wagers.

Oddyssey helps users review odds, promotions, and betting opportunities. Users are responsible for deciding whether to place any bet and for verifying sportsbook odds and terms before acting.

Account information, such as your email address, authentication provider, profile settings, province, timezone, and app preferences.

Subscription information, such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, trial status, renewal period, and billing portal activity. Oddyssey does not store full payment card numbers.

App information you enter or create, such as saved plans, bankroll entries, promotions, filters, settings, notes, and other activity inside the product.

Technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, performance logs, error logs, cookie data, and similar analytics data.

Support information you provide when contacting us, including the contents of your message and related account details needed to respond.

To create and secure your account, provide the app, keep you signed in, and manage authentication.

To start and manage your subscription, free trial, renewal, cancellation, payment method changes, and billing support.

To show odds analytics, saved plans, promotions, bankroll tools, and settings that are relevant to your account.

To monitor reliability, fix bugs, prevent abuse, protect the service, and improve the product experience.

To send service messages, security notices, billing notices, product updates, and support responses.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Oddyssey may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure product usage, and protect the service.

Some cookies are required for authentication and security. Browser settings may let you block certain cookies, but parts of the app may not work correctly without them.

We share information with service providers that help run Oddyssey, such as hosting, authentication, database, payments, analytics, error monitoring, email, caching, and odds data providers.

Oddyssey does not sell your personal information.

Oddyssey relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, analytics tools, monitoring tools, email providers, and odds data providers.

If you use a sportsbook, payment provider, or other third-party service outside Oddyssey, that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, secure the product, comply with law, and enforce agreements.

If you close your account or request deletion, some information may be retained where required for billing, legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or audit purposes.

You may update certain profile, preference, and app settings from your account.

You may cancel or manage your subscription through the billing options provided in the app.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails where an unsubscribe option is provided. Service and billing messages may still be sent when needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Oddyssey is intended for users who are legally allowed to use sports odds analytics and make their own betting decisions in their location. In Ontario, regulated internet gaming participation is limited to people 19 years of age or older.

You must follow applicable laws and sportsbook terms. Oddyssey does not encourage illegal betting or use in places where sports betting activity is not lawful.

Oddyssey and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where our providers operate.

By using Oddyssey, you understand that information may be processed outside your province, state, or country.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or service providers change.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or account email.
