Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Oddyssey. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Oddyssey.

Oddyssey is a sports odds analytics product. It is not a casino, sportsbook, betting platform, gambling operator, broker, or financial adviser.

Oddyssey does not accept wagers, place bets, custody betting funds, process sportsbook deposits or withdrawals, or open sportsbook accounts for users.

Any betting decision is yours. You must verify odds, stake amounts, promotion terms, eligibility, and legal requirements before placing any bet outside Oddyssey.

You may use Oddyssey only if you are legally allowed to use sports odds analytics and make your own betting decisions in your location.

If you use sportsbook information in Ontario, you must be at least 19 years old and must follow the rules that apply to Ontario regulated gaming sites, including location, eligibility, and responsible gambling requirements.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, sportsbook rules, promotion terms, and tax obligations.

Do not use Oddyssey to support illegal betting, fraud, bonus abuse, account sharing that violates sportsbook rules, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Oddyssey may require an active subscription or active trial to access the app.

New eligible users may receive a 2-day free trial after creating an account and adding a payment card.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid membership at the then-current price and billing frequency shown at checkout.

You can manage payment methods and cancellation through the billing options provided in the app. Stripe or another payment processor may handle the secure billing portal.

If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the checkout or billing flow.

Oddyssey may show potential profit, expected value, conversion value, hedge amounts, arbitrage-style calculations, or other estimates.

These estimates are informational only. Odds can move quickly, promotions may have restrictions, data may be delayed or inaccurate, and sportsbook rules can change.

Oddyssey does not guarantee profit, winnings, availability of a bet, availability of a promotion, or any financial outcome.

You may enter bankroll amounts, promotion details, saved plans, odds overrides, stakes, notes, and other information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Calculations based on your inputs may be wrong if the inputs are wrong or out of date.

Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed to use the product.

Oddyssey may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, data, analytics, monitoring, and email.

Sportsbooks, payment processors, and other third-party services are independent from Oddyssey and have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility rules, and account requirements.

Oddyssey is not responsible for third-party websites, sportsbook decisions, account limitations, voided bets, promotion eligibility decisions, odds changes, or settlement outcomes.

Do not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Oddyssey or its systems.

Do not use automated tools or bots unless we have given written permission.

Do not share one account across multiple people or use the service in a way that harms other users, the product, or third-party services.

Oddyssey, including its software, design, text, calculations, interfaces, branding, and content, is owned by Oddyssey or its licensors.

These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal use or internal business use, depending on your plan.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

We try to keep Oddyssey reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of any specific data source.

You may stop using Oddyssey at any time and may cancel your subscription through the billing options provided in the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully.

Oddyssey is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddyssey will not be liable for lost profits, betting losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, data loss, business interruption, or decisions you make using the service.

You agree to defend and hold Oddyssey harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your betting activity outside Oddyssey, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, pricing, or service providers change.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or account email.
